Research clearly shows that Employee Opinion is a lead indicator for customer service, operational and financial performance. EOS enables you to gather and act on employee opinions quickly and economically. You have control of the survey, you own the data, and you can run it as often as you like … and confidentiality is ‘built-in’. EOS is designed for organisations of less than 600 and our detailed ‘How to’ process engages people in taking action at all levels of the organisation to improve performance.

EOS contains software with a valid survey tool that includes 19 dimensions on performance. Reporting is possible at three organisation levels. The reports feature easy to read information and a one page summary that can be used to regularly track and report results alongside financial information. The reports are easily produced, designed as workbooks, and simple to understand.

People get the information they need to drive improvement efforts. To assist in taking action the software provides suggestions for possible strategies to adopt in each of the 19 dimensions.

You can survey all employees and/or a sample of employees. Sample surveys can be more frequent, getting a pulse of the people, without introducing survey fatigue.

EOS includes ‘How To’ run a survey which details all the steps and how long each should take. This includes everything from communicating why you’re having a survey, presenting information to senior executives, through to facilitation of action planning with work groups.

EOS also includes some Help Desk Support from trained experts.
