Jump to: navigation, search

Bare-rooted trees are deciduous trees which are established in the ground, then dug up during winter for potting and sale, after which they should be planted.

Bare-rooted plants are available in winter - June, July and August in the Southern Hemisphere. After August it's too late because they start to shoot and then transplanting becomes a problem.
